• We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our patrons.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests regularly
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently

• Skills:

• Strong hospitality skills
• Excellent guest relations abilities
• Proficiency in basic math for order taking and billing
• Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Understanding of culinary terms and dishes
• Familiarity with fine dining etiquette
