Position Summary:

The Server employee is accountable for continuously maintaining their section of tables, Running food and beverages to guests. Restocking plates and glassware as needed. Maintaining up to date food, beverage and service policies knowledge. Collecting money from guests for orders received. Meeting timing standards set in place for your restaurant.

Duties & Responsibilities:

(To include, but not limited to) Provide exceptional customer service. Anticipate and address guests wants and needs. Demonstrate menu knowledge and sales skills, answer guest questions and make suggestions. Communicate with staff and management regarding guests and restaurant needs. Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and standards of service. Support fellow

staff in duties as needed.

Practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service.

Qualifications:

1 - 2 years full-service restaurant experience. TABC Certified & Texas Food Handlers Certification Works well under pressure while handling simultaneous activities and maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn our way of doing things. Must have a love for food, beverages, and hospitality.
