As a Server, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests by delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced setting, whether in a fine dining restaurant or a lively nightclub atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, including daily specials. Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or similar systems, ensuring all guest requests are met. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Buss tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area to ensure an inviting atmosphere. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems, ensuring all transactions are handled securely. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment. Requirements Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and excellent customer service skills. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests positively. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
