Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Serve food and drinks efficiently Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities responsibly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation when necessary and support kitchen staff during busy periods Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience Support opening or closing procedures as needed, including restocking supplies and cleaning workstations Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants, fine dining establishments. Strong knowledge of POS systems. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple customers efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices in the food industry Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong guest relations abilities Basic math skills for bill calculations and change processing Experience working in hospitality environments such as restaurants its a plus Join us to deliver outstanding service that keeps guests coming back!
