Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback professionally Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and optimize flow during busy hours Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Previous host/hostess or serving experience is a plus; culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous Join us to deliver outstanding guest experiences through energetic service, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality!
