Handle food handling responsibilities safely, adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation standards. Operate Yelp Reservation Systems for seating. Support kitchen operations by assisting with basic food preparation when needed and maintaining a clean workspace. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant flow during busy periods and special events like banquets or large parties. Maintain excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management. Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming environment that emphasizes guest satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including serving, bussing, or hosting roles. Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations. Experience with banquet service or large group events is a plus. Ability to perform basic food preparation tasks and support kitchen operations when required. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest interactions. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards gained through hotel or culinary experience is advantageous.
