Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Maintain a clean, organized work area adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or events such as nightlife or nightclub settings Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Excellent communication skills to engage guests confidently and professionally Hospitality background with an understanding of guest relations and sales techniques such as upselling Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a vibrant environment!
