Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue through effective suggestive selling techniques. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including counters, food prep areas, and dining surfaces, adhering to sanitation and food safety regulations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently when assisting with food handling or prep tasks. Manage customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants with strong cashiering skills. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms.
