Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen Serve food and drinks with professionalism, ensuring presentation and quality meet high standards Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for reservations and order management Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and excellent communication abilities Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations Ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours while multitasking efficiently Experience with food preparation, serving techniques, and basic math for billing purposes is advantageous Hospitality background including host/hostess experience or food industry knowledge is a plus Join us to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting where your enthusiasm and skills will shine!
