We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, and delivers exceptional dining experiences. Your enthusiasm for food, excellent customer service skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities will help create a lively and memorable atmosphere for our guests. Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently during busy hours Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently Experience in upselling, cashiering, and guest services enhances success in this role Ability to work evenings, weekends, and nights as required in a fast-paced environment Background in culinary arts or food industry roles is a plus for understanding menu offerings Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
