Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manually Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during the meal and addressing any concerns Handle food preparation tasks as needed, including setting up stations and assisting kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure safe handling of food and beverages Process payments accurately and provide receipts to guests Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations Skills Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, including serving or barista roles Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Knowledge of food industry standards, including food handling and safety regulations Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation Basic food preparation skills are a plus Hospitality mindset with a focus on creating positive guest experiences This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry who enjoy engaging with people and providing memorable dining experiences.
