Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and promptly address any concerns or special requests Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments, and give correct change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially with fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail Experience in upselling beverages or menu items to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests!
