Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, preferably Aloha POS. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Perform basic math calculations for order totals and ensure accurate billing. Requirements Previous experience in dining or fast paced restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions and order calculations. Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
