Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of food and drink options Take accurate orders using Toast POS systems Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling, process payments accurately. Maintain sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and adhering to food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, food handling, and kitchen support as needed during busy periods Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest relations Familiarity with POS systems (Toast preferred).
