Must be 21 years old or older. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings, including wine knowledge and cocktail recipes, to assist guests with recommendations Ensure food safety standards are upheld by following sanitation protocols and food handling procedures Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a memorable dining experience Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tables efficiently with excellent time management skills Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and process sales efficiently Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Basic math skills for order calculations, billing, and change handling Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in food preparation or kitchen support roles is beneficial but not required Must be adaptable to night shifts or weekend hours as needed in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Server where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets your dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
