Take food and beverage orders accurately using the OpenTable system. Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met. Manage cash handling procedures, including processing payments and operating the cash register. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests. Provide recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Uphold cleanliness standards in both dining areas and service stations throughout shifts. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction at all times. Assist in training new staff members as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating a cash register. Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about menu items and service techniques.
