HAYAN TOFU

is a new Korean bistro bringing comforting soondubu (Korean soft tofu soup) and other Korean favorites to South Salt Lake. We're building more than a great place to eat. We're building a restaurant where people enjoy working together, take pride in their service, and treat one another with respect. As we prepare to open, we're hiring five experienced servers to join our first team. We have plans to grow

into multiple locations and are looking for people who want to build something lasting with us. You'll have the chance to help establish the warm, polished service our guests will come to know us for. We believe a great dining experience starts with a great team. We want to create an upbeat, supportive workplace where everyone works professionally, helps each other during busy shifts, and can enjoy what they do. What you'll do Welcome guests and provide warm, attentive service Learn the menu and help guests choose dishes they'll enjoy Manage multiple tables efficiently in a busy dining room Communicate clearly with the kitchen and your teammates Help keep the restaurant clean, organized, and welcoming What we're looking for Serving experience in a busy restaurant A dependable, responsible approach to work Strong communication and teamwork skills The ability to stay composed and professional during a rush Genuine interest in hospitality and creating a positive guest experience Korean food experience is a plus, but it isn't required.
