We're looking for great people with open availability to work in a pub that makes you feel like family. We continue to grow and expand and we're busier than ever! Your main task will be delivering a fantastic experience to Bout Time Fans. You will work as a team with other servers and bartenders to engage with Fans in a friendly manner. We have server table-side devices to enter food and drinks and process payments so that your tasks are done more efficiently for you and our Fans. You will also utilize proven sales techniques to enhance the Fan experience and upsell food and drinks to increase sales and your personal tips!
Additional responsibilities and requirements:
  • Perform side work to setup you and your team for success
  • Opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Must be 21 years of age
SIPS/TIPS
& Food Handlers license required
  • General alcohol knowledge
  • Ability to serve large sections and adapt quickly
  • Team player
  • Bartending and Serving experience helpful but not necessary
