Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly. Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, demonstrating cocktail experience and beverage service expertise. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experiences and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques like OpenTable reservations or wine pairing recommendations. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables promptly, managing food safety protocols, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed. Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues professionally, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tables efficiently. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while processing sales swiftly. Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation. Basic math skills for order calculations, bill splitting, and processing payments confidently. Experience in food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment that may include nightclub or late-night shifts.
