Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team at a bustling restaurant. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Handle cash transactions using POS systems or cash registers
- Build rapport with guests to enhance their dining experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using POS systems, especially Aloha POS, is advantageous
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
