Server

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced server who have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a server, you will be responsible for greeting customers, bringing food to customers' tables, making drinks, clearing and cleaning tables for new customers, and packaging to-go orders. Duties Greeting and seating customers Serving food and beverage Taking, confirming orders and relying to the kitchen Cleaning duties such as sanitizing, sweeping floors, stocking Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner Promote sales by offering additional products or services to customers Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction. Knowing how to speak Korean is not required but preferred.
