We're a VPN-certified, we import our San Marzano tomatoes, and we hand-tear our mozzarella fresh every day. No shortcuts, just real Italian tradition served up with modern, easygoing hospitality. We're looking for a Server who loves great food, genuinely enjoys people, and wants to be part of a team that feels more like family than a shift. What You'll Do
Deliver warm, attentive hospitality that turns a meal into a memorable experience
Guide guests through our menu with knowledgeable, enthusiastic recommendations
Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen and bar to keep service timely and seamless
Keep your section organized and jump in to support your team when it's busy
Uphold Pupatella's standards for quality, cleanliness, and guest experience
What We're Looking For
Prior serving experience preferred, but not required — we'll train the right person
Strong communicator who works well as part of a team
Stays composed and upbeat during high-volume rushes
Curious about food, wine, and Italian culinary tradition
A genuine passion for hospitality and making people feel welcome
