Job Description

Overview:

The Food Runnerprovidesquality service that exceeds Guest expectations by proactively embracing service standards.

Responsibilities:

Bring food from the kitchen to tables to support the servers. Assistservers during meal period. Musthave knowledge of all menu items. Greetingguests in a warm and friendly manner. Assistthe server withbusingtables. Assisting servers in any capacity to ensure guest satisfaction. Inquire if additional service is needed from guests upon delivery and inform the server or manager. Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisor or management including side work responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Mustbe able to lift 25 lbs. Ability to clearly communicate verbally with guests, management and co-workers. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to multitask. Must be able to stand and walk for an extendedperiod of timeor for an entire shift. Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25lbs withoutassistance. Must be able to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays. Must be to successfully completeServSafeand TIPS (Alcohol Certification).
