THE ROLE
We are seeking Servers with Bartending Ability who can confidently move between serving tables, assisting members, working events, and tending bar as needed. Our ideal team member is someone who is: Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys working with people Professional and comfortable providing an elevated level of service Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced dining and event environment Experienced with serving and confident behind the bar Knowledgeable about beer, wine, and cocktails — or eager to continue learning Comfortable handling multiple tables and priorities while maintaining excellent service Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed 21 years of age or older
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide friendly, attentive service to club members and their guests Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve food, beer, wine, and cocktails Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining and bar area Assist with club events, private functions, tournaments, and special dining experiences Work closely with the entire Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth service Learn and confidently communicate menu items, daily specials, wines, and beverage offerings Follow all club policies, Virginia ABC regulations, and responsible alcohol-service practices Help create the welcoming, polished atmosphere our members expect
