Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other digital tools Upsell menu items, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food handling regulations Assist with bussing tables and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure seamless service flow Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is advantageous Experience with cocktail preparation, wine knowledge, spirits service, and beverage handling is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills Experience working in fine dining or nightclub settings is beneficial but not required Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
