Job Summary We're on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Full Time Front Crew member to join our vibrant team. Duties Greet guests with a friendly attitude and assist them with ordering food and beverages using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and giving accurate change. Support food preparation tasks such as assembling orders, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly suggestions. Ensure quick service by managing time effectively during busy hours while maintaining quality standards. Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for cash handling, grocery store math knowledge is beneficial. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and good communication abilities. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or working in a café or restaurant environment is advantageous.
