The Role We are looking for experienced servers to join our front of house team. This is a guest-facing, high-energy role that requires strong menu knowledge, genuine hospitality, and the ability to deliver a seamless dining experience from start to finish. What You Will Be Doing Delivering an exceptional dining experience to every guest, every shift Guiding guests through our Mediterranean menu with confidence and genuine recommendations Upselling beverages, wines, and desserts naturally and professionally Asking about allergies at every table and communicating clearly with the kitchen Managing your section from greeting to farewell — no shortcuts Running food, bussing your section, and supporting the team when needed Closing all checks and entering tips accurately before clocking out Asking every satisfied guest for a Google review What We Are Looking For Minimum 1 year of full-service restaurant experience Genuine passion for hospitality — not just taking orders Strong communicator who works well under pressure Team player who supports the floor even when it's not their table Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine is a plus — not required Weekend and evening availability strongly preferred Must be 18 or older What We Offer Competitive tips in a high-volume, high-energy environment Tip pool participation Staff meal benefit A management team invested in your growth Opportunities to advance within the team How to Apply Come in and introduce yourself or send your resume.
