Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Deli patron to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences in our establishment, whether it be in a fine dining setting or a vibrant nightclub atmosphere. Your ability to engage with guests, manage time efficiently, and demonstrate strong sales skills will contribute to the overall success of our service team. Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Maintain knowledge of the menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow. Utilize Clover POS system for order entry and payment processing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service. Assist in setting up and breaking down tables for events or busy service periods. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong sales skills with an emphasis on upselling menu items. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables effectively during busy shifts. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for patrons. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
