Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Part Time Server / Cashier to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest service while efficiently handling food and beverage orders, processing transactions, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktail and beverage service, with knowledge of spirits, wine, and drink pairings Process sales transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling practices Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially fine dining or hospitality settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Experience with wine knowledge, spirits, cocktail preparation, or OpenTable reservations is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us in creating exceptional guest experiences!
