Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring all requests are noted. Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food handling safety standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests. Process payments accurately using cash registers or Aloha POS systems. Assist with banquet services as needed, including setup and breakdown of events. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and glassware. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Skills Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Strong sales skills to promote menu items effectively. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic knowledge of retail math for accurate billing and cash handling. Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus for beverage service. Experience with Aloha POS systems is preferred but not required. Understanding of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
