Job Description

Kitchen Manager/Floor ManagerSUMMARY OF POSITION
To ensure that guests are receiving the highest quality of food possible in an efficient and timely manner. Ensure that each tray that leaves the kitchen window is correct to guests' order specifications/allergies and that presentation is within appropriate standards.DUTY & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare expo station for the day, making sure all sauce bottles are full and ready to go.
- Set up sanitizer bucker and have plenty of towels available.
- Stock silverware and wet naps. Make sure the TO-GO area is stocked as well.
- Responsible for knowing the entire menu, as well as correct presentation of each dish.
- Ensure each guest is getting what they ordered, meeting any specific specifications as needed.
- Pay special attention to special requests like "Allergy", "No ____", "On Side", etc.
- Keep the flow of the restaurant steady! Push servers, bar backs, and or hosts to run food if there are free hands available to you! Hot food hot, cold food cold!
- Have a can-do attitude!
QUALIFICATIONS
- No previous restaurant experience required.
- Be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Have exceptional attention to detail.
- Be exceptionally organized.
- Performs well under pressure.
