Guests cook their meals tableside with fresh ingredients, enjoying a personalized, flavorful journey. Position Overview As a Host or Server, you'll be the face of the guest experience — guiding diners through our unique Hot Pot & Korean BBQ concept, delivering excellent service, and ensuring every visit is smooth, enjoyable, and delicious. If you love engaging with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a high-energy team, we want to meet you! Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and timely manner Clearly explain the Hot Pot & Korean BBQ dining process to new guests Take accurate food and drink orders using POS system Anticipate guest needs and ensure exceptional service throughout the meal Maintain clean, organized dining areas and follow sanitation procedures Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Handle guest questions, feedback, and concerns professionally Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred (not required) Excellent communication and people skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong work ethic Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Benefits Competitive hourly wage + tips Meal discounts and employee perks Opportunities for growth and advancement Fun, team-oriented work environment Training provided — no hot pot experience required!
