Job Description
We are looking for experienced folks that love craft beer and want to join our team! Applicants must have open availability to include weekends, working knowledge of the craft beer industry and love engaging with customers. A minimum of 1 year experience working in a craft brewery is preferred but not required. Applicants should be cicerone certified or willing to become certified within the first 90 days. Our goal with your help is to create a community gathering place our patrons can enjoy while drinking a beer from one of our 18 rotating beer taps. Candidates must be charismatic individuals who are focused on delivering superb customer service while being able to share beer knowledge and showcase passion for the craft beer industry. The environment can be fast-paced at times ; therefore, the ideal candidate should have a natural ability to work well under pressure while keeping a positive attitude and staying on task. This position is responsible for promoting the sale of both beer, non-beer products, and merchandise of the brewery. Job Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service Greet and engage with customers Provide timely quality service Educate guests about beer styles being served and make recommendations Deliver exceptional customer service to all patrons, first and foremost. Greet and serve customers promptly and courteously. Make connections and form relationships with customers. Guide customers in selecting TBC beers, using beer style and flavor knowledge to suggestively sell product based on guest interactions. Pour beverages efficiently and be mindful of waste. Ensure lawful compliance and safety per ABC Guidelines. Requirements Passion for serving the customer and driving overall customer experience 1 year expereince in the craft beer industry Craft beer styles and tasting knowledge Attention to detail, ability to multi-task Be at least 21 years of age and have valid drivers license Ability to work well with other team members Strong work ethic Please submit resume and references. info@traditionbrewing.com
