Responsibilities Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting for new guests to ensure a clean and inviting dining area Support food handling and delivery, ensuring all items are presented accurately and promptly to guests Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs regularly Help with basic kitchen tasks such as restocking supplies, organizing service stations, and supporting catering setups when needed Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs in a friendly, professional manner Ensure proper food safety practices are followed during food handling and service procedures Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and assisting with any special needs or accommodations Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key Familiarity with cleaning routines, bussing, and basic food handling techniques is advantageous Experience working in hotels or catering settings can be a plus but is not mandatory Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Knowledge of the food industry standards related to serving, hospitality, and safety practices Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive attitude Prior experience in the hospitality or food industry will help you excel in this energetic role Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through teamwork, cleanliness, and outstanding service!
