Job Description
Victory River Burger Bistro & Cigar Lounge is looking for experienced, energetic, and dependable Servers to join our team. We are an upscale 30+ nightlife, dining, and cigar lounge environment featuring weekly events, live entertainment, and high-volume nights. We're looking for professional servers who are confident, personable, attentive, and able to provide excellent service while keeping up in a fast-paced nightlife environment. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service Take food and beverage orders accurately Enter orders correctly into the POS system Deliver food and beverages promptly Check on guests throughout their experience and anticipate their needs Handle guest checks and payments accurately Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, security, and management Complete opening, closing, and assigned side work Maintain professionalism during busy events and high-volume nights Help create a welcoming, upscale atmosphere for our guests Qualifications Previous serving experience preferred High-volume restaurant, lounge, nightclub, or event experience is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Professional, confident, and outgoing personality Dependable and punctual Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Comfortable working in a fast-paced nightlife environment Must be available for evening, late-night, weekend, and special-event shifts Must meet all legal requirements applicable to serving alcoholic beverages Schedule This is primarily an evening and late-night position. Weekend and event availability is important, with some shifts extending into late-night hours.
