Overview Grazie Nonna is seeking enthusiastic servers to join our team at our newest location in Reston! As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere, but mostly to leave a lasting, positive impression on our guests. Duties Greet customers warmly and present menus with enthusiasm. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Toast POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items and specials. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe environment. Requirements Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in restaurants or cafés, is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations and quick-service fast food environments is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
