• Part-time Fighting Fish in Scott's Addition is hiring for one support staff member for our front of house team!

This position will be a combination of hosting, server assistance, and light bar backing duties. This position requires full evening availability every Friday and Saturday, with a set schedule of 4:30-11pm every weekend. We'd love someone who would like to be cross-trained to host at our sister restaurant, Goldwing Lounge, a late night cocktail bar next door

At minimum for this position, must work every Friday and Saturday evening.

Requirements:

21+ Reliable transportation Friendly, patient personality Eager to learn and receive direction Friday and Saturday open availability

Duties:

Manage reservations using Resy (or Toast Tables at GW) Greet guests upon entrance in a welcoming manner Take phone orders/answer questions Bus tables and reset Run food/drinks Basic barbacking: ice refill, polishing glasses, pulling bottles, etc. Previous experience in a support staff position is always preferred, but we're happy to train the right person. The right candidate for us is friendly, personable, able to keep their cool even in high pressure situations, and is dependable and reliable for their schedule.
