Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service, including taking orders and delivering food and beverages promptly Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Upsell menu items, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments with precision while maintaining balanced cash drawers Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and cleaning processes Assist with food preparation or bussing tables as needed to support smooth restaurant operations Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly preferred Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service enhances guest interactions Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash transactions Experience in customer service roles that emphasize guest relations and hospitality excellence Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively atmosphere!
