Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed during food handling and serving Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to maintain a clean environment Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or bars Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and sales management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately Food industry experience with understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Experience with food preparation, food handling, and beverage service in hospitality settings Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth service flow Restaurant experience preferred but not required Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a lively atmosphere!
