Korean BBQ Server Join Our Team! We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Server to join our Korean BBQ team. If you enjoy working with people, take pride in providing great hospitality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Welcome guests and provide warm, attentive service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system Explain menu items, Korean dishes, ingredients, and specials when needed Make recommendations based on guests' preferences Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure tables are properly maintained Check in with guests throughout their meal to make sure they have everything they need Handle payments accurately and professionally Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to keep service running smoothly Follow restaurant standards for food safety, cleanliness, and guest service What We're Looking For Previous serving or restaurant experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer-service skills Ability to communicate clearly and work well with a team Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail Professional appearance and positive attitude Korean language skills are a plus , but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus tips Flexible scheduling Employee meal opportunities A supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunities to learn about Korean cuisine and hospitality Potential for additional hours based on availability and business needs Schedule We are looking for candidates with weekend availability and flexibility for lunch, dinner, and/or evening shifts.
