Overview:

Servers at Honor Brewing are passionate about creating an exceptional and memorable guest experience. Servers are expected to have extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings and be able to provide personalized recommendations to our guests. Servers are responsible for providing timely service, taking accurate orders, and upselling. Our servers are champions of the Honor mission and brand and vital to making our guests feel welcomed and generating repeat business. Below is a list of job responsibilities. Responsibilities:

• Work the steps of service to fit your personality and our culture
• Pace the guest experience
• Jump into action if any guest issues arise
• alert a manager to support
• Balance interactive and silent service to your guests
• Anticipate guests needs
• stay ahead of the bubble
• Pre-bus tables throughout visit
• ID all guests under 40 years old ordering alcohol o Servers will be required to complete ABC Responsible Alcohol Service training
• Use Toast handheld tableside to accurately take orders and receive payments
• Ensure every guest is happy & having fun
• Menu knowledge
• help navigate your guest through Honor beers, food, and additional beverage offerings
• Brand knowledge
• communicate the Honor mission, mentioning special events and promotions
• Bid farewell with a warm thank you and an invitation to return
• Support your teammates if help is needed on other tasks
• Responsible for cash management throughout shift
• Keep the restaurant clean throughout the shift
• Keep server stations cleaned, organized, & stocked throughout the shift
