Position Overview Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems using Toast POS Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while handling cash handling responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and food handling Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine, spirits, and menu items to elevate the guest experience

Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation Ability to process sales transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly Basic math skills for bill calculations and change processing Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not mandatory Hospitality background with guest relations expertise preferred; experience in the food industry is highly valued Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Compensation $4-8/hr Base Rate + $15-25 Tips/hr Health Insurance with 60% Employer Coverage available to employees that work over 30
