As a Night/Weekend Server, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring guests enjoy memorable dining experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a warm, welcoming attitude. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a lively, setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations using OpenTable or similar reservation systems Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS system Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Assist with food handling, preparation, and bussing duties to support kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness standards Ensure guest relations are positive by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Uphold food safety regulations and sanitation protocols in all aspects of service, including proper food handling and cleanliness Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during shifts, including cashiering duties and processing payments Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy night and weekend hours Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Previous host/hostess or serving experience in nightlife or restaurant settings is advantageous Join us as a Night/Weekend Server and become part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
