Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a keen eye for detail. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining the standards of our establishment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables, adhering to food safety standards. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and communication. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Assist with food preparation and sanitation duties as required. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments. Familiarity with Toast POS, or OpenTable systems is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing bills. Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations. Culinary experience or kitchen experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
