Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented person to join our Front-of-House crew! Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid VT Servers License, excellent communication skills, be able to keep up in a fast paced environment, and be available evenings. Hours are conducive to a school schedule, with shifts available on the weekends and after 4pm on weekdays. This position is tasked with taking orders, making bar and cafe drinks, beverage prep, and during slower times, working solo in our counter-service dining room. This is a closing shift, so responsibilities also include cleaning the bar and dining room at the end of service. Wages are made up of a base wage, plus a share of the tip pool. Employees can expect a take-home pay of at least $20
- 22/hour.
