Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team at our fast-paced restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced casual dining setting.
- Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Monitor guest needs and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Process payments and operate the Toast POS system efficiently
- Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Toast is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to continue education to continue providing great guests experience
- Requirements
- Candidate must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Candidate must be available 4-5 days/nights a week including weekends and holidays
- Candidate must be available for Tuesdays, Thursdays
- Sundays
- Candidate must be available for one opening shift
- 10:30am // other shift start times include 12:30pm, 2pm or 4pm.
