Williston Place Independent Senior Living, located in the Blair Park area of Williston, is looking for a friendly and reliable Dining Room Server to join our team. Our 55+ community provides a restaurant-style dining experience, serving one high-quality meal each day to approximately 80 residents in an inviting, elegant setting. In this role, you'll help create a positive dining experience by offering attentive, courteous service and building meaningful connections with residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome residents warmly and provide prompt, attentive food and beverage service Ensure the dining room remains clean, organized, and comfortable throughout service Follow proper dining service etiquette to deliver a polished, enjoyable experience for residents

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in food service or hospitality is helpful, but we're happy to train motivated candidates Basic understanding of food safety practices is a plus Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, approachable attitude Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends If you enjoy working with people and take pride in providing great service, we'd love to hear from you.
