About Liuyishou Hotpot: About Liuyishou Hotpot: Chongqing Liuyishou Hotpot was founded in 2000, which is a leading enterprise that specializes in managing hot pot chains and franchisees. Liuyishou now has expanded its business to more than 1,200 overseas units all around the world. In 2014, Liuyishou chose the greater Vancouver for our North America Head Office and opened our first restaurant in Richmond BC. In 2015, Liuyishou International Management Company (Canada) Ltd. was established to operate Liuyishou Hot Pot Restaurants across North America. Since then, we have directly managed a central kitchen and large-scale food processing factory, with over 25 restaurants and 800 employees in North America. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Servers . As a Server, you will have the opportunity to ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Greeting and Seating Guests:
Welcome guests warmly, assist them in finding suitable seating, and provide menus.
Taking Orders:
Listen to customer preferences, provide recommendations, and accurately take food and drink orders.
Serving Food and Beverages:
Ensure timely delivery of dishes to tables, serve beverages, and ensure accuracy and presentation of each order.
Knowledge of Menu:
Be knowledgeable about the menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer customer questions and make informed recommendations.
Customer Service:
Provide attentive and friendly service, address customer concerns or special requests, and ensure a positive dining experience.
Maintaining Cleanliness:
Keep dining areas, tables, and serving stations clean and well-organized. Reset tables efficiently for new guests.
Handling Payments:
Process customer payments, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments, and return change accurately.
Compliance:
Adhere to health and safety standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with colleagues, including kitchen staff and fellow servers, to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Upselling:
Suggest additional menu items, specials, or promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Mandarin or Spanish is an asset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations calmly. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering quality service. Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and making change. Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and menu items.
