The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen interest in the food and beverage industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with any needs that may arise during their visit. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including operating the cash register and processing payments. Assist guests with menu selections, answering questions about ingredients and preparation methods. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns. Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests. Uphold all health and safety regulations within the dining environment. Skills Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register or POS system. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling transactions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, especially in high-pressure situations such as nightclubs or busy restaurants. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating a willingness to help guests with any inquiries or issues that arise.
