The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. This role requires a keen attention to detail, basic math skills, and experience with POS systems to handle food and beverage orders seamlessly. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders in a professional manner Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems, including handling cash, credit, or debit payments Ensure accurate processing of sales transactions, including making change and issuing receipts Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations Assist in food service operations, ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure guest satisfaction Follow all safety and sanitation policies to uphold health standards Skills Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and giving correct change Experience with POS systems for order entry and payment processing Food service experience is preferred to understand the flow of operations and customer expectations Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Friendly demeanor with a focus on providing excellent customer service
